We have implemented technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, improper alteration, and unauthorized disclosure.
We never request sensitive personal data (bank details, passwords, etc.) by email. If you receive a suspicious email in our name requesting this type of information, do not reply and forward it to reservas@herdadedaboavista.pt.

PART II — COOKIE POLICY
- What are cookies

Booking procedure
To complete a booking: select dates and room type → enter guest details → review details → complete payment → receive confirmation email.
Booking confirmations are archived in Lodgify and can be consulted with us. Guests can correct booking details by contacting the property directly. Bookings are formalized in Portuguese, with additional information available in other languages for the convenience of international guests.
Prices, payment and cancellation
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer; unless otherwise stated, full payment is required at the time of booking, and a deposit with balance due on arrival may apply depending on the rate. Cancellation policies and refund conditions are set out in the booking confirmation and in the Booking Terms and Conditions.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted by email to reservas@herdadedaboavista.pt or by phone. We commit to acknowledging receipt within 48 hours and responding within a maximum of 10 business days. The official Complaints Book is available at the property and online at www.livroreclamacoes.pt, as required by Decree-Law No. 156/2005.
Guarantees
We guarantee that our accommodation services will conform to the description provided at the time of booking, under the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 24/96) and applicable legislation.
Right of withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings with confirmed dates.
Intellectual property
The content and images on this website are the property of Aristopartícula Exploração Agrícola e Pecuária, unless otherwise indicated. The name "Herdade da Boavista," associated logos, and distinctive signs are trademarks or registered trademarks of Aristopartícula Exploração Agrícola e Pecuária, and may not be used without prior written authorization, except for legitimate analysis or commentary purposes. Guests may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use related to bookings.
